What a plonker!!!
Was driving back home last night and was thinking my lights were not very good. Was late on the A9 so no street lighting. About 30 mins from home suddenly had the thought to check my glasses and found I was still wearing my sunglasses, not my normal specs. Must have looked dead cool wearing shades in the chippie and MickiDees later on! What a plonker!!
That beats me..old age is taking it's toll.. the memory isn't what it used to be, the hearing is getting worse so can't always hear the wife moaning , I now need glasses to read but I have never worn sunglasses after dark.
That will no doubt be on the horizon but until it happens...
Sorry Derek just nice to now I'm not the only one who does silly things. Regards, Trev.

You'll get there!!! Unfortunately SWMBO now just shouts at me so loosing hearing isn't an excuse! 190 miles, mostly in the dark wondering what's wrong with my lights!! They worked fine after changing specs!

Plonker, my favorite word for the day! I'm not so good at giving advice...may I offer you a sarcastic comment instead?

They were on for the Keilder snow, honest! Even nicked a handful of serviettes from McDees to clean the lights, didn't understand why that didn't make a difference!
