Is it possible to adjust the height of the dipped beam on xenon adaptive headlights?
Mine seem far too low.

Yep, remove the lamp units from the car via the slide mounts. Take off the large back cover and you will see a long threaded bar travelling from the front of the lamp to the rear whwre it terminates in an adjustable nut. This nut adjusts the beam height.

Often felt mine are too low (fast dual carriageways can be unnerving in the dark as the beam doesn't seem quite far enough). I will try this on mine I think.

Which way to adjust , and by how much roughly - obviously with the units out of the car you can't instantly tell if you are making the right change!!
