Predicted Midwest snowstorm: 2 feet in next 24 hours

All meteorologists are predicting 2 feet of snow in the next 24 hours for Chicago. I've never had my D3 in more than 6". Looking forward to seeing how it handles in some more challenging conditions Thumbs Up 16 D4 Landmark

Friend of ours oop norf is worried about getting to a funeral in Aviemore as they are predicting serious snow there on Thursday. Al, will get her to package it up and sent it to the Alps. Whistle

And that pic neatly sums up why I will never go on a UK motorway or dual carriageway when snow is threatened. If I can't do a u-turn, I'm at the mercy of every other fookwit on the road. I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.
