I say Slimer, don't like the look of those bi-xenons on your avatar! I thought you were more of a lightforce man!

Well it's a week old. Tell us all about it. Did you think I would leave you crying,
When there's room in my D3 for 7,
Climb in here Joe we'll soon be flying,
I can go just as fast with 7.

I have also ordered a TDV6SE with difflock + adaptive headlights and it has to come from UK.
I ordered it early January and was told ETA late May early June!
Hi pbhawkin - sorry about the delay in replying - been a bit busy
From memory i ordered late June - so a 7 month wait. All worth it! Drives like a dream, both up and down the hills
IanD - congrats on your new addition - I suspect you might be a pleased as me Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent.

If I had met the D3 before the wife........
I've driven into the city a few times in the past few days - what a crusin' machine. I also "went bush" a few times - the sound of the HDC operating takes a bit to get used to, but it certainly makes the job a lot easier.
I am also taking a bit of getting used to the terrain response settings - they actually work so the difference is great.
I would be interested to know how most people drive their auto d3's. I am finding my natural tendancy is to drive the auto like a manual, in command shift almost all of the time - I cant imagine this would be detrimental to the car? I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO jealous. Mine's in the dealer's waiting for me but because of our ridiculous licensing arrangements, and the value of the date on the reg plate, I now have to wait another three weeks before the dribbling can commence. It's driving me nuts reading about all your wonderful experiences and not being able to join in!.

you mean that you new car is at the dealers and you cant get it because of British Bureaucracy!!
