this is the heaviest car i've owned, and I find that, around town, using command shift assists with engine braking.
i wonder if I am better off wearing out brake pads rather than the gear box?? Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent.
Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent.
Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil?
Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?

Not quite. I could collect the car next week if I wanted to. The licence plate in the UK displays the year of registration so people get fixated on the age of the car. If you wait for the new year's reg (1st March) the re-sale value can be better by £3-4000 in three years. So, a wait of three weeks could be worth cash in a few years.

Super-Duper Canon camera died - but finally got some average pics in my gallery using the kid's Nikon.

I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO jealous. Mine's in the dealer's waiting for me but because of our ridiculous licensing arrangements, and the value of the date on the reg plate, I now have to wait another three weeks before the dribbling can commence. It's driving me nuts reading about all your wonderful experiences and not being able to join in!. [/quote]
I hereby lay claim to receiving the first "07" plate in the country!! (No car, just a reg! )
