Hi, can i order one to Malta?
Is it galvanized? If not can I order it Hot Dip Galvanized or is the tubing to tin to do that? I had some bad experiences with powder coating.

Hi Access,
Sorry, we don't galvanise our racks. To get rid of all the nasty chemicals associated with galvanising we would have to drill holes in the rack, this is not something we want to do.
As well as the black powder coated finish, our racks are also treated with a high zinc primer. This acts as a sacrificial coat and self heals over any small scratches, therefore preventing rust.
Shipping to Malta costs £141 (inc. VAT).

Signed up for the standard rack (no sunroof) with composite floors and cross bars....
Is there anyone else interested in this?
Ben has told me that the second group buy is running a little slow.

Ben the rack is rated at 200kg, right? I was thinking of installing a roof tent and that is about 70kg. Then there is me and wife in the tent, that makes us about 180 kg. Adding these up they come to 250kg. Will we damage the rack because of the extra 50kg?

Access, the rack is rated 200kgs, this is just our recommendation. A 250kg load spread across the whole rack wouldn't bother it. We have had customers who have had two roof tents on the rack with no problems, don't worry about damaging it.

The ProSpeed ladder isn't ready yet and it doesn't look like it will be before christmas. We can supply you with the LR ladder though.

It will only fit to vehicles with the short length roof rails.
