Raise suspension on 2005 TDV6 S
Can anyone recommend Sydney based installer of 50mm taller springs (and shocks if available yet).
Any feedback from anyone who has gone down this path would be appreciated.
Clearance & ploughbar have been my only disappointments with a wonderful 4WD and workhorse.TDV6 Tonga Green/Tundra

The 50mm King Springs? Virtually any off road shop or even a regular mechanics shop can do it (assuming you already have springs). iI is a very simple swap out.
I tried the 40mm springs from Peddars, and they were great, very smooth and progressive ride handling and dampening. However, 40mm was very helpful but not enough for me, so I upgraded to the 65mm HD springs from King Springs. Definitely taller, but the ride is not nearly as nice. Very firm and bouncy, not nearly the same quality of dampening.
He's in Batemans Bay, and I believe he had some 50mm raised KingSprings fitted to his S.
As an aside, I am pretty sure you can even pick KingSprings up from any Repco Outlet.

From your clearances chart, I see that the 40mm Peddars solution matches or better the air suspension off road setting except for the drivers side front swing arm?.
I am looking to match or better my old standard 1994 Discovery which had almost perfect dimensions (but I do appreciate the added D3 freight storing capacity at the cost of longer etc.
AND I am also looking to overcome the plough bar clearance issue (perhaps this is mission impossible).
Subject to feedback from norto, the Peddars 40mm solution might be the go.
I have read elsewhere in the forums that the higher the added lift, there is equal reduction in suspension flexibility AND more appropriate (but I guess unavailable shocks) should be used.

I used the Kings springs and in hindsight
i probably should have gone with Pedders Springs
I dont find the ride has changed significantly but the car now sits very high (doesnt quite look right).

Norto, what size tires are you running? With my slightly oversized 31.5" (285/60/18 ) Nittos, the 65mm lifted KingSprings don't look out of proportion. (see photo below).

However, the ride is significantly more buoyant than with the 40mm springs from Peddars. I think the Kings are so stiff, the shocks can't quite damping the rebound from them. Whereas with the Peddars, the ride was much much better.
Notably, I still bottomed out with the Peddars on dunes and so forth, whereas with the Kings, sky is the limit

I still have the standard 235/70-17 goodyears
The skinny tyres may be what is making it look so tall
