Rear brakes binding - warranty replacement

Dont know if this is generally known or accepted by LR as a problem but I just had my rear pads replaced by the dealer under warranty as the problem of brakes binding on D3 has made it into the top 100 reported faults.

Is this a common approach out there ? anyone else benefited from it? Did anyone else know? D3 05 SE (old one)

Brakes binding now in top 100 reported faults!

Anyone able to list the other 99 for our information.
