Rear Light Bulb Replacement

Hi,

Please could someone explain how I can remove the Rear Light Cluster in order to access the brake and rear light bulbs?

2005 Discovery 3 TDV6 SE Manual Zermatt Silver

Theres a small philips screw on the inside edge of the tail light when you open the tail gate, open this

Then gently pull the light directly back, a flat edge screw driver may be used to gently prize the light backwards by fitting it into the gap at the frontmost edge of the light, it should pop out of its sring retained mounting clips, hey presto, rest is obvious

Reassemble in reverse order Nine-tenths of wisdom is being wise in time.

Also appears 9/10 of stopping is stopping in time

I'd just try something like a spatula rather than a flat blade screwdriver it its the first time you've removed it.

Can just be pulled out with your hands, but most people are cautious of doing this the first time (me included!) Bodsys Brake Bible

If it's just the brake light, then swap the lights with one from the lower set

I found main dealer was cheaper than Halfrauds for the bulbs .
