I am in the process of changing the bushes on the backend of my Disco. How ever have come across the problem of the top bolt being seized in the bush!!!!!!!

Anybody out there have a method of removing the bolt tried plus gas but no good have managed to remove the nut as the bolt is turning

Quit now and get a new top arm complete with bushes + new bolts, nuts etc....seriously it's the only way.

As for removing cut arm off leaving LH side bush/bolt with a stub of remaining arm, this gives room to cut across and into bush/bolt opening up which allows removal - not done it personally but a local independent did mine and this is how he approached it. Took him 1.5 hours to remove & fit replacement -top job and £50 for cash ...........

Same guy also did track & 4 wheel alignment for £40 Shocked Cash again ........

Thumbs Up
