Rear Valve Block Electrical connector

Today I cleaned out and replace the O rings in the Front and Rear valve blocks (Unfortunatly I did have a fair amount of white powder in them). The front was pretty staright forward but the rear was a little more tricky to work with.
I managed to get it all disconnected and cleans out fine, replaced the o rings fine and put it back together. my issues started when fitting it back to the car. It took a long time to get the airlinr connectors back it as it was so tight. once I got them all fitted I thought I was there, but the electrial connector just would not click back in to place. it seems like there was some resistance to get it back all the way on.

Has anyone else had any issues like this?

I fought with that connector for like three hours just to push it back in.It seems, that the orange rubber membrane provides all the resistance when pushing new female connector back in. Sometimes it kinks and rips like on my front halve connector. I think the best approach would be to lubricate it for an easier insertion. I know..I know..but it works. Thumbs Up

I put the plug back on, with lube as suggested silicone o-ring gel is what I used, you should put a light bit on the o rings when rebuilding the valves anyway, then I mounted the rear valve after getting the connector and air lines on the valve on the valve.
I didn't have too much of a problem but it was the toughest one of the bunch. I had to go under the back and have a look but that didn't help.
