| Rear Wiper Motor Assembly Replacement - big job? |

Hi all,
Spotted my rear wiper arm was dangling down the other morning and on inspection I think some toe-rag has pulled it down and broken the linkage inside. Removed the arm and when I set the rear wiper going I can hear the motor turning but the spidle doesn't move.
I see a dealer is selling the assembly for £35 on ebay, which doesn't seem too bad but just wondered if anyone has replaced one these before? Had a quick look and couldn't see any obvious ways to dismantle the inside of the boot lid. Don't mind taking it in and paying for the work, but I despise my main dealer and wasn't sure where else to go so I thought it might be worth seeing if I could brave a home repair? 
Any input much appreciated!

This job is very simple. Just remove the lower interior trim plastic,after removing the single inner grip cutout screw and the small trim piece around the lock.
This exposes the wiper motor that is held in place by three nuts.

Bryden, thanks for your reply. I noticed the screw you're talking about. Excellent, thanks. I'll order the assembly today and reply back when the car is in bits and I undoubtably need someones help to put it all back together!
