just heard from a colleague that 2007 disco's are being recalled because of
a fuel pump issue
anybody else heard this

Seemed to read something on GTR the other day about there being a possible recall of HP fuel pumps within a certain VIN range.

Yes - mine is going to have it changed next week. I do not have details - I have called the dealer because I;ve heard it from the previous owner who has received the notification. And he was so kind to let me know. 2013 D4 TDV6 S; Baltic Blue; IID Tool BT

ISTR from GTR, when i was looking for the wiring for my heated seat project, it wasn't clear.
I'd wait for the letter to come through the post, TBH.

The VIN numbers from the Spanish D3 forum:
LA412125-LA419315 and LA431312-LA439039
The TSB is to replace the high pressure fuel pump and is applicable to D3s and RRS with the TDV6 engine. ISTR that's it's been open for a good few months. I know a lot of people here in Spain that have been contacted to get the pump changed. 2006 Discovery 3 TDV6 SE Auto Buckingham Blue
