Driving normally today and coming to a stop in a queue of traffic, the front of the car dropped (or at least appeared to). Switched to the 4x4 screen - there's a small horizontal line above and below each tyre, and all of the ones above were flashing red, if I recall correctly. They then stopped and returned back to solid white.
Can anyone suggest what's happened please?

Leave it in the 4x4 screen and see if you notice one wheel bouncing up and down on the screen
