Moving to hybrid working rather than an all-in-one approach. And only for those near to offices. So whilst amusing, it's nothing that others aren't doing.
As with so many situations, a compromise position that allows workers and employers to get the most out of their relationship is the best one to go for - forcing one side or the other just causes problems and reduces effectiveness. Visiting from rrsport.co.uk
