Removing D4 Grille

2015 model D4: the handbook instructions for removing the front grille are to undo the four clips at the top (OK), then pull the top of the grille forward (OK) and finally to lift the grille out. Mine won't lift out, even with considerable force applied, and it appears to be attached at or near the bottom. Are there some other fastenings that I need to undo?
Many thanks.

Undo the 4 clips across the top, but when you pull, pull from the bottom of the grill (one hand at either side) and pull dorectly outwards.

There are 2 locating clips at the bottom that need a yank to get the grill to come out Thumbs Up

Tip: put a blob of grease or Vaseline on the bottom clips to make it easier next time Thumbs Up

I find the grille releases from the bottom bits with a jerk rather than smoothly and can Whistle scratch the top of the bumper.

I now keep this ridiculously long screwdriver in the car … inserted from top of grille and positioned next to the bottom clip, a slight twist pops it out without any drama.

The insulation tape stops the screwdriver itself causing any scratches.
