Removing door cards on a D4

I need to remove the passenger side door card on my D4 so that I can change the power mirror on that side. Can anyone tell me how to remove the door cards without damaging them?

I also need to replace the bottom door trim on the passenger side as that was damaged at the same time as the mirror. Any advice on changing that would also be appreciated.
