Replacement keys for Detachable Tow Bar |
|
Got the new D3 and all is well, however the dealer did not have the keys for the detachable tow bar. Is this going to be expensive?
Cheers, Steve.

Not if you just leave it on there.
TBH I don't know. I bought a whole new detachable with keys for 200 euro so it shouldn't be more expensive then that.
Just ask the first thief you see to steal your tow bar that is fitted, because I don't know how to remove it without the keys. Roel

ISTR replacement lock mechanism with keys was about £7???
I'd get your dealer to order a new lock with keys & then ask someone here kindly to tell you how to get the old one off...... Bodsys Brake Bible
