Replacing HPFP - Help required

I need help replacing the HPFP in a MY07 (EUR4) Discovery.
By help I mean someone to remove the old one and fit the recon one I have. I had a go myself but don't have the patience or small hands required to do this body-on.

Can anyone recommend someone in the South East London area (Bromley/Beckenham)?
