Replacing rear passenger door fixed window

My rear passenger door fixed window needs replacing, anyone ever done this? I have the door panel off, and I was wondering if I have to take out the speaker and the window regulator mechanism before I can remove the main window. Any tips to make things go smoother?

Last year I managed to replace the window regulator on the rear passenger door and it was a hassle, there is very limited space.

After removing the door card, I had to disconnect the speaker and window switches and removed the speaker.

Once the regulator was out there was very little space behind to reach or see very much and I don't think you can get to the fixed quarter window from there.

Is it not a case of removing the window rubber seal???

Thanks for the information, I knew it would be a hassle, but I was hoping there may be some easier way to do it that I wasn’t aware of.
