Replacing throttle body- ECU reset?

I'm currently in limp mode. The first code was- P0122 Throttle Pedal Position Sensor. So I replaced the accelerator pedal assembly. Still in limp mode, the code now is P060E Internal Control Module, throttle Position performance.

I am thinking it is the electronics in the throttle body so I am going to replace that. I am trying to find out if I need to do an ECU reset (battery disconnect), or something more involved. Thanks.

No experience specifically with this but surely if it was the throttle body that was at fault then the codes would be related to the throttle body not the pedal? I know that’s the case with the freelander.

Possibly a bad new pedal or wiring fault?

Pete.
