Retro-fit Heater Steering Wheel to D4

I have seen one or two D4s which might appeal to me, but none have a heated steering wheel, which I consider essential.

Can anyone advise me of the cost of retro-fitting:-

Heated steering wheel; and whilst I'm at it
Remote FBH

Steering wheel needs heather clock spring as per D3 ( same one) and connecting up Altox GSM FBH controller thread

heated steering wheel on a D4 needs enabling as well more often than not. Thumbs Up
Most of the D4's already have the right heated clock spring, but you would need to take the cowling of to find out. Thumbs Up Bodsys Brake Bible
