Retro fit sat nav/dvd screen into dash

Has anybody ever retro fitted a screen comprising DVD/ sat nav and possibly rear view camera into dash. If so any pointers or help would be appreciated. Where did you get screen, how easy is it, cost etc.

Any help would be appreciated.
