sure can only code is C1A35-01 reservoir valve and I get yellow car with wobbly line on the dash also get suspension fault on the drivers display but that's all I get

had this problem 4 yrs ago and I cant remember how I fixed it,i think I fitted a new valve that made no difference and I think the problem just went away after a couple of days never to return until 2 days ago

Electrical failure possibly just the connections on the reservoir valve. The valves themselves rarely give trouble unless detritus from the drier has passed the filters.

Pop off the cover and check/clean the connections. If you have a MM you could also check the signal values too.

I have a like issue

I suspect water/debris in the valve, or maybe both. Recently rebuilt/renewed the dryer with new Desiccant and the Amber rockin rover didn't go away. This only happens when temps are low in mornings and now seems it has decided to go off when the temps are at least 40-45 F or so.
After a warm up of the sun or running the truck for a while I can restart and it goes away.

I plan to try to look and see if the valve is blocked by debris but what is the best way for me to do that? Is this a full on remove from vehicle and bench clean or can this be done simpler somehow.

I'd like to limit removing air lines off the block if possible, but want to clean it well.

Merry Xmas all. I will be looking harder into this by the weekend. Sending wife and kids to Chicago so it's me and the rover for a couple days alone with time to spare.

C1A13-64 (AF)Pressure does not decrease when venting gallery

So as I posted, this is my fault from the IID Tool.
This morning took SWMBO to the airport to visit our son, and had the Amber EAS fault light on. Then it changed to RED as I drove her in and upon returning home and cycling the ignition a couple times it went away. Cleared the fault and it went fine there after.

My Fault read "C1A13-64 (AF) Pressure does not decrease when venting gallery - Algorithm based failure - signal plausibility failure
( on 26-12-2019 05:09:53 at 162104 km )"
So today I plan on finding which pipe is the exhaust and trying to clean/test it for flow as it seems there may be blockage from old desiccant or other debris possible.
IIDTool reported that the exhaust valve was opening 100% so I am assuming that for now the issue lies in the exhaust pipe itself since the valve "seems" to be functioning normally.
Plan to remove/inspect the tank while under there if the bolts cooperate. They look to be in good shape. So after applying some WD40 I will attempt.
What is the best way to do this? is the exhaust pipe in a location where I can remove it without removing the whole valve and dislodging other pipes or do I take the valve out after removing the Air Comp cover?

Solenoid Resistance 10.9 Ohms

I guess my reserve valve block solenoid is bad. I am getting 10.9 - 11 Ohms across the connector.

Not sure why it eventually goes away (fault) but I guess I need a new reservoir switch block.
Also pulled the tank and it looks new, no water egress and it is holding vacuum.

Is that right?

Exhaust Valve "Looked" Clean... Fault CA1364

Well this morning got the fault of coarse, so I removed the compressor to check out the exhaust valve gallery and seals. The gallery in the exhaust valve looked very clean, with only a very light "film" of white powder which I could barely make out. I took the valve apart as per the video and wiped all down. Took an air nozzle and blew everything out although it looked very clean. I also placed some silicone lube in to the interior and applied a lite film on all o-rings in the gallery and on the solenoid shaft o-rings. I did notice a heavy grease on the interior of the Large end of the Exhaust valve "plunger". Cleaned off all the o-rings, and tested the solenoid by using 12 volts across the solenoid pins in the plug. It made a small popping sound when the voltage was applied so I figured it was good.
Put the compressor back in and wrangled the compressor cover back on. Applied a light silicone lube on the pipe fittings and mated all up. Blew the exhaust line, found no resistance.
Started it back up and no fault registered.
I have ordered the kit from Britannia Restorations and will hold on to it if the fault comes back.
I figure it was the grease that may have been holding the plunger in until the temperature warmed the grease making it more viscous.
If you take yours apart and see that it looks clean still clean it up, I guess it only take a minute film to lock things up.
