Reverse Camera woes

Reverse Camera woes

So, I have the dreaded Blue Screen issue when engaging my reverse camera. The rest of the surround cameras work. I have taken apart the rear and looked at the physical connections of the camera and they are as clean as can be.

When I go in to the "Secret Menu" on the NAV, I see something like "backup camera not fitted".

Where should I begin troubleshooting this? Any Advice?
