Block them off one by one using something like prestik to see which is the offending one . Then it might mean a trip to the stealers

if you're going to take that route then blocking will most likely not reveal much, better to disconnect all and reconnect one at a time until the fault reappears assuming you dont have something already obstructing them (more info perhaps). did you fit the electrics yourself, do you have a trailer attatched Question could be the trailers not being sensed and might be nothing to do with the sensors.

Do you have a multi height towbar fitted?

Sounds like a control unit problem rather than a sensor if they stay on after you select a forward gear.
LRs are a fond memory, apart from the maintenance.

Have the same issue, but narrowed it down to when the car had been exposed to heavy rainfall - at all other times it is OK. Dealer was not surprised as had heard this before on post 07 models, but LR have no fix/not admitting to issue. Our first Disco3 had no issues in this area (but MANY others!!), but the design changed between 06 and 08. New design seems to get moisture in which causes issue. Just back from service today and diagnostics are all clear despite demonstrable problem.

Frustrating, but compared to previous one this one is spot on. (after 18months of issues with the last one we struck a deal to get vehicle swapped)
