Mine is due next month (less than 30 days), got a quote from Admiral via the fat tenor £340, which seems very reasonable for fully comp protected NCD.CGA

With hire car and Protected NCD..
DaveAll things shipping, storage, transport. UK and worldwide.
£320 protected NCD etc with Admiral, £150 excess. A bit more than last year, but still not bad I reckon.Previously:

Has anyone on the forum got their best insurance quote on line and then asked the Insurer for a revised figure, after declaring on the proposal form or statement of fact the various modifications or changes to their vehicle, which were not carried out at the factory when new.
What was the difference in premium if any.
