Rock sliders Terrafirma TF818

Qualcuno di voi ha esperienza con queste barre sottoporta? Le ho installate la settimana scorsa sul mio Disco 3 ma ho problemi con la parte inferiore nel senso che mi rimane dello spazio tra lo slider e il telaio dell’auto. Nella parte laterale va bene i fori sono perfettamente allineati ma sotto non posso stringere le viti in quanto dietro la lamiera c’è il vuoto per circa 12/15 mm.

Le viti sono della giusta lunghezza, i fori e i filetti combaciano ma se vado a stringere le viti sotto scocca piego la lamiera dello slider fino a arrivare al telaio. Però lo spazio mi sembra troppo per essere chiuso solo tirando le viti.

Qualche volta mi è capitato, sono delle imperfezioni di costruzione delle barre sottoporta....
se recuperi lo spazio vuoto saldando un rondellone a misura .... ?

Ci avevo già pensato a dei distanziali a misura ma ho paura che si crei un effetto vasca per acqua e fango. Ho anche contattato Aylmer dove li ho acquistati ma non mi hanno ancora dato una risposta. Inoltre avendo il climatizzatore posteriore ho anche dovuto tagliare un po’ il fianco interno dello slider sennò mi schiacciava i tubi.

If my Italain was better I would have suggested the LRP ones
 05 D3 V8 HSE, LR Passion tree bars, wildbear compressor guard, LRP switch panel, ARB rear locker + compressor, Trigger 6 shooter electrical system
12 RRS SDV6 HSE (Hers) - Gone and replaced with an I Pace - I can tell you now EV is not the future yet

Capisco che ci siano prodotti migliori ma si evince che è un problema già successo. Spero solo in una sostituzione in garanzia ma ne dubito fortemente col fatto che li ho modificati. Ho contattato Terrafirma ma mi hanno risposto che a loro non risultano difetti di fabbricazione. Evil or Very Mad
