| Which roof bars for disco 3? |

Firstly how can i tell whether i have t rails or the other type?
Secondly, a roof rack here in uae is silly expensive, ARB prices + hefty markup. However, I have found a reasonable quality/price roof basket which will mount to any set of roof bars, i just need the bars!
A mate is coming to uk next week and has agreed to bring a pair back. So far easiest option is thule squares from halfords (seems pointless fitting aero with the basket) but wondered whether there are better/ better value options. What do you have?

Found that the LR OEM bars worked really well - slotted straight into the roof rails.
