Roof Box

Ok dum ass question coming up;

I have just bought off fleabay (thanks to Nodosh for sorting pick up)a hellfrauds 6.6ft top box and roof bars for a D3.

How do I attach the fecker and do i need full length roof rails?

Or get on to TLO and I'll pick them up from him when I'm in Yeovil on Tuesday. I've fitted these before, so we can do a quick rail fitting session at my place as and when you come down to collect everything. I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.
