Rubbing Strips

I need to remove and replace mine and I'd be grateful for any advice on how to remove them without damaging the paintwork.

Best to wait for a red hot day and just peel them off. Face the car into the sun and do one side at a time.

Otherwise its hairdryer which takes much longer. SOLD - 23my Range Rover Sport D300 Dynamic SE
