Why did you have to get new flashy units with the logo on? Just weeks after I had mine upgraded.
Can we buy the replacement backs at all?

I actually ordered the same blank back ones but these arrived. It's SO hard to get the D4 keys I kept them.
You'll never have both keys being used at the same time so no one will notice!

Sorry I haven't read The whole thread (just joined on mobile), am I right in thinking you can put the innards of my 2007 disco key into this fob and make it work?

I'm afraid not. The circuit board for the three button keys is completely different to the later 5 button.
What I can do is make your three button like new with a new lithium VL2330 battery soldered in. I have a thread in the For Sale section all about it.

My D3 obviously has the 3 button key - would it be possible to have it changed to a 5?
More for the size aspect and it looking slightly better - but could it be set so
1) unlock
2) lock
3) lights (as currently)
then has 4 and 5 for hazards etc?
