What about knocking on 54's door and seeing if you can get a buyer that way.
Hopefully they've bought the opposite set and can do a direct swap. Mods:

I think I've managed to sort it.
When I was out with the dog last night, there's a house not far away up for sale and as luck would have it its No. 54.
Going to contact the Estate Agent tomorrow to see if we can view it.
So may have to withdraw the sale
