It is locked to two vehicles and will have to be registered by the new user to get the full usage on a new vehicle.

My brother works around that area driving a rib for tourists to go “ooooh a bird” and “ooooh a dolphin” etc… was thick fog there this morning so they’re going to see all… I want to see the sweets before I get into your windowless van... I'm not stupid!
