Hi. Yes as far as I know the cover for the D4s fits the D3 as well and vice versa. Somebody will shout I’m sure if I’m wrong!

I think they’re all the same, too. There are at least two (three?) colors, namely beige (sand?) and black. I’ve seen a brown-ish one in pictures but not sure if was an aftermarket or a genuine one.
