Sadly, as I have cleared out all of my Comp Safari kit, it is time to part with a brand new with receipt, -never run since remanufacture by Automotive Component Remanufacturing (ACR) - top hat (flange) lined 4.0/4.6 Rover V8 block.
This is stamped up as a 58D large journal cross bolted block 4.0 Thor engine. Albeit the 4.0 and 4.6 are the same block.
Current list price from ACR is £1155 +VAT exchange, so grab a bargain at £1100 OVNO. outright sale.
To support the 4.6 rebuild I also have
A set of 4.6 pistons, conrods and crank. £100
A full 4.6 rebuild kit consisting of brand new parts including cam, chain and sprockets, main and big ends bearings, piston rings, rocker shafts hydraulic tappets and bottom end gasket set etc. No head gaskets or bolts. £200
