Sales figures

I drove up the A34 on Monday and must have seen 15 or 20 transporters full of DS3. They must be selling one heck of a lot. The gold colour one seemed quite popular. I only saw 2 being driven on the round trip to Oxford, but over 100 on transporters Smile

They would have been for export on there way to Southampton docks. I believe the sales in this country have slowed down a bit in anticipation of that Range Rover sport.

Have you made your mind up Scorpio.........are you coming over to the dark side 8)

Yes I realise they are being exported, but I've never seen so many before and I travel the road a fair bit. Its a good road to spot RRS and SRR being tested I guess.

Still not completley made up my mind yet, we are getting one for a days test drive soon so we will see what comes of that. It seems that the D3 is the only one we can safely go for with enough room as I have 4 teenage kids

It's perfect for a large family. The additional adult sized rear seats are superb as are all the seats and footwells. I took the whole family along for the test drive and loved the fact that the car seemed to pull as well fully loaded as it did with just the driver. The air suspension keeps everything high and level too. I particularly liked the independant full size middle seat and footwell rather than the raised armrest area you get in other cars. The D3 really is in a class of it's own...with a large family there's just no competition 8) .
