Samsung SCH-i760 Blue Tooth Connectivity

I am considering buying a Samsung SCH-i760 “smart phone” . This phone is not shown on the LR3 list of reviewed cellular telephones.

Has anyone tried to use the Samsung SCH-i760 phone with the Land Rover Blue Tooth and is it fully compatible with the LR3’s Blue Tooth system?


My vehicle is a 2006 HSE and I am located in the United States (California) MHB

There's a huge list of phones not listed on the 'official' LR list (mine included). Generally they work OK, but the functionality is much more limited than with the cradle.

The salesman at my local Verizon store was unwilling to take the phone out to my LR3 for a parking lot evaluation. He said that if I purchase the phone I would have 30 days to evaluate it. If I am not happy, I can return the phone and purchase a different phone with appropriate financial adjustments. The key point is they only allow one return.

Where can I find the unofficial list that you referenced in your reply? MHB

Sorry mhb, the list i refered to is not a real list, but just that I know lots of phones that have not been listed, seems to be about a year to 18months old phones on the official list, so anything fairly new doesn't get added to the list for a while. Bodsys Brake Bible
