Sat Nav Auto Zoom

I have a 2013 HSE.

The auto zoom seems to have got stuck. It stays on whatever distance you manually select, even when you press the auto zoom key.

Anybody else had this?

PS I'm also getting disconnected from music sources (USB/phone). Maybe the whole system needs a re-set?
