I am look to update the maps on the sat nav. I have contacted the dealers and they say to contact Nav tech web site. Found site and entered vehicle details which then said to contact dealer as its available from them, re-contacted dealer and was told it was something they do not do and need to contact Nav tech.
Any advice please?

2010 is indeed a dealer only update
They purchase a code for your vin number from navteq .. Then upload the maps to your car
Not a cheap option unfortunately G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

After having my MY2010 updated at the back end of last year (at what I considered a reasonable price), I would say spend the money on the Tomtom. I was hoping that they might have done something with the software other than just a map update, but alas..............it's still next to useless!
