Sat nav problem

Hi people

I have a problem with my sat nav (2005 discovery 3) map shows current location, when trying to navigate and input a post code I get the screen shown below, if I input 4 numbers I get another country rather than the UK, help appreciated.

Has it defaulted to Belgium or another country, check it is still set for UK.

Thank you for information, daft question, how do you reset the country, I have checked settings and can't find how, I have checked the hidden menu but can't find it there, help please ?
