Was driving yesterday entering the M25 and all of a sudden under acceleration I had message of special programs deactivated and irrespectively from the gear in which I was I could not go faster than 30 mph
Stop the car on the side of the road when safe (lucky it was evening without too many cars around). Switched off the engine and the on again and everything was ok anbd could drive home
Today I have conmnected the BAS device to read the codes and something interested happened
This was the first reading
Car had EGR blanked a long time ago
Wanted to clear the codes
Cleared them then tried to re read error code and had an error message (connection error) and saw a lot of messages (gearbox fault etc)
Re-tried again and this is what I could read
What is going on?
Could not rep-start and try the car because in the meantime I had another problem with the bonnet

Riccardo, did you solve this? I'm getting exactly the same, although I havn't had the EGR blanked.

Hi,
I dont kow the codes but I had a total loss of power and limp mode due to..... blown brake ligt bulb.....
It generated every code under the sun, but when I remembered seeing something about it here I checked the bulbs and one as blown. New bulb and been fine since.
There is also an issue that the brake light switch under the pedal can start to fail which causes similar mass of codes.
Its crazy, but true. Mine was going into limp every 5 miles. Disco 3: Lotus Elise S1: Ferguson T20: Audi A2
