Try Scratchx from Meguairs, its absolutely brilliant for exactly these sorts of light scratches.
Auto Glym does it for The Windsor family and I. Good stuff but, over here anyway, it's dear stuff.

Frarecla G3 with care is the best for this job. make sure you use a polishing mop or a pad as this andall other are abrasive, if used incorrectly could go through the clear coat
Failling that PM me as this is what I do, I have a contact in Wakefield who would look after you.

unless they are very unsightly or bother you an awful lot I would leave them until it's time to sell as you will most likely pick up more and you eventually get used to them IMO
I got plenty in the first few months of ownership 4WD'ing and gave up trying to polish them out. You just can't get rid of them.

I also agree with cat and Chris. True 4WDs will always have some beauty marks or other signs of use. (Although in retrospect, this could let the average careless parker at the shopping centre think you didn't care so why should they.)
Be very careful if you do intend to polish out the scratches, otherwise you may end up with a larger more noticable blemish. The mildest abrasive cleaning polish is what you should be looking for. Brands have been mentioned but certainly check out Google for clay block cleaning, etc.
Now if there was an easy way to hide the gouges in the plastic lip on the lower tailgate, I would be happy. But I am the only one who sees it anyway.

I bought some jewelers rouge to polish a watch the other day - leaves a mirror finish
Have not tried it my D3 yet, but it is a lot less abrasive than even Autoglym Paint restorerNow Golf GTI PP, 7 speed DSG.

I'm with CW, Chris and Leigh. Leave it till you sell it. Its OK to polish but don't use an abrasive cream too often. If I had tried to mop every light scratch out, Id be down to bare metal by now In the Beginning there was nothing, which exploded.

Great link Q8_LR3!! I am sure mick (and many other pristine paint enthusiasts will enjoy that site).
I know I am going to spend a few hours there as the Alfa has very thin paint and seems to show every scratch (Alfa Red). SHIIBTO (She Who It Is Best To Obey) has to drive it along the motorway with all the semitrailers and deteriorating road conditions on a daily basis so I suppose I have to expect some heartache.

Yes good link Q8, thanks! The little scratches don't bother me, but bug splats do - love bugs around here eat through your paint quickly. Found out from that site you can use WD-40 to remove bugs & tar easily
I was always told in general to only clean the paint, polish & wax 1-2 times a year depending on your climate. It is good now & then to remove contaminations from paint & put on fresh protection...for myself I wouldn't leave it until selling (but only mild polish I do like the Meguiars products...also Mothers). Gonna check out what that site says about it now I'm not so good at giving advice...may I offer you a sarcastic comment instead?

I am saying I would not cut/mop the scratches out with cutting paste until I sell it. Clean and polish yes In the Beginning there was nothing, which exploded.
I did clean my car's wheel wells, engine, and did a complet polishing and waxing with the help of this site.
Before..
After..
