Is there warning for the screen washer ?

it will flash up when low on info centre yes. XC90 T8 R Design Pro

Is that the info/satnav screen or the central screen between the speedo/rev counter Question

I've noticed that I don't get any warning when the washer fluid runs out ...... I don't know if its because I don't have the satnav screen (being a GS) or I have a fault Question Nick

It's in the instrument panel.
Look's like a fountain - although I just looked in the handbook and it doesn't seem to mention it.
And you have to "OK" it for it to go away.
Have you enabled warning messages (Main Menu > Show Warnings)?
