“Service required “warning on the display

Today I got “Service required “warning on the display. I got it every time I started the engine. I t only got 6700km on it and the engine oil was changed last April.
Has anyone got this warning before the service required, as it is stated by the manual?

Service interval is not just mileage/kilometre based, it's also based on time since last service.

The warning should only appear every 25,000KM or 12 months (since PDI) though..... 2016 Discovery 4 Commercial

It was build in Sep. 2010 so it makes sense that the warning came on display.

Thats the date stamped service interval time.

It IS either MILEAGE or TIME irrespective of mileage. I am NOT sure your oil change at 6700 would have cancelled it.

Be careful as the warranty is TOTALLY dependent on correct servicing, either based on distance or time. I would check with your dealer soon just in case. Might just need a reset Very Happy If it don't fit the third time - try a bigger hammer
