Servicing in the Midlands
My car is due its first service and wondering if anyone could recommend a dealer. My closest is Derby but I wasn't impressed with them with a warranty claim. My nearest choices are Colliers in Brum or Stafford, any views out there?

Been to Stafford. I was in with Suspension faults. TBH the did a great job although the never fixed it the first time correctly but they took the car straight back and I got a rather nice Evoque as my car for a couple of days.
Went back collected mine and all working just fine now.Ian

I have always been happy with Guy Salmon on the A45 in Coventry (well Meridan)
They have had my d3 quite alot and always sorted out a good price, but they dont always have a courtesy car or if they have it may be a ford fiesta.d4 HSE in Corris Grey with Black options pack

We bought our D3 from Stafford and they were very good with little niggles

I was in since they've changed ownership. Not sure what group have it. I pray to god it isn't a Stratstone but I'm sure I'd have seen a sign or something.
Very clean and very polite. Never had a coffee so can't comment on that. They allowed me to drop the car off after the service dept had closed, as I can't get to them during normal hours, and the sales team took my keys and gave me the loan car. Again I took the car back late in the evening after service was closed so quite accommodating.
They're on about changing location soon still in Stafford but big new building.Ian
