Sick D3
Just been changing a tyre on the drive after a repair to a slow puncture. With the car jacked up on the rear drivers side the angle did look quite good. Looked up just as 3 youths walked past and one of them said "do you go off road in that" I replied yes and then another one said "that looks sick". Should I be worried because.
A. There's something wrong with the D3
B. I am getting old
Answers please

Well they where in comoflage clothing and 2 of them had gun slips over there shoulders. But they didn't look old enough to drive so should be ok.

I'm afraid it's you getting old lol
The term "sick" means your car is cool/good in their eyes
So a compliment
Personally I don't like the saying, but that's just me getting old lol

I had a similar episode a couple of years ago when a lad walked past my D3 with overfinch wheels and said "those wheels are tight!" "yes they are" i said,"or they would fall off"

Does not being old enough to drive stop them from driving.
Looking at some of these road policing programmes the number of under age drivers they stop is surprising and I think those that get away with it for years in later life not having a licence and insurance doesn't stop them"Never keep up with the Joneses. Drag'em down to your level. It's cheaper".
