As Pete K said power steering oil cooler though my own one is higher up and black, unlike the photo, perhaps different year mod states?

This is the cooler for the fuel cooler I had to replace. It seems not all tdv6s had this as it was a job to identify on the main dealer parts screen it is coolant which passes through it
