Skid Control Cuts at 50 mph on Left Hand Bends
As above on motorways my skid control has started to cut in at speeds of 45 to 55 mph on sweeping left hand bends, fairly sure the fault is at the front right hand wheel side.
Any idea how to start to track down the problem (wheel bearing, tyres and tyre pressures are fine).Club Narpy Torch

Check wheel speed sensor,wheel bearing and the tyre on that side.

If you have an IID check the steering angle readout.
If you don't, but have 4x4 screen, check how far off centre the steering wheel is each way before the display changes.
If you have neither, take the panel under the steering wheel off and check whether there's grease run down onto the steering sensor ring attached to the shaft.
Likelihood is the grease from the shaft has run down and the friction fit sensor ring has less friction and moved a bit off-centre.
Your car thinks the wheel is slightly further to the left than it is, hence on a left turn it thinks the wheel is straight and you're experiencing a skid.
As an emergency measure you could try moving the sensor ring very slightly clockwise, but for now the best approach would be to press the DSC button each journey to stop the DSC activating when it should not and get the sensor read/reset.
If the shaft by the sensor isn't cleaned, or the ring affixed (weakly) to the shaft then it's likely the problem will recur though.

I had exactly the same, long left hand bends especially if they were slightly up hill too.
On my own car it was resolved by changing the rear upper arms but check the obvious stuff first like tyre pressures.Mods:

I had the same issue mine was related to work ARB bushes and I also changed upper and lower arms at the same time.

+1, had the same when my rear upper arms were shot too.

My wheel flopped around like a dick in a top hat.
Took the wheel off and gave the hub a shake and it became obvious.
Until I took the wheel off I thought it was a goosed wheel bearing.

Well, experience would seem to say rear upper arms then.

Checked today (in Gibraltar we have a bank holiday for the queens Birthday today), the rear right hand wheel has a lot vertical play (and I mean a lot), on further inspection, the upper arm completely shot.
Also noticed it needs new discs and pads.
Will have to book it in to the stealers (no local indies) as replacing the suspension arms too big a job for me, even worse they will only use genuine Land Rover Parts so can’t even save money using one of the site sponsors.
So guess tt may well be end of the line for her after 13 years together Club Narpy Torch

Mine was rear suspension bushes worn, only showed up when driving abroad on the right. The camber being the opposite way just pushed it over the edge. Drove back home on the twisty roads with the DSC switched off to stop it cutting in . Motorway it was OK.

Even if it cost a couple of grand, where will you get a car for that much that you are sure has no issues ?
