Having a problem pairing my lumia phone with my discovery (my 61) will i need a upgrade for it to run windows 8 , did't have a problem with 7 . Practice safe eating - always use condiments.
2 Too many seats now
No trouble so far

Shouldn't be a problem. I have my Lumia 925 paired with my D3 and never had an issue and I run all sorts of weird versions of the Windows Phone OS.

Oh and which Lumia is it? Have you checked to ensure it has all the latest updates? 2016 Skoda Octavia VRS Estate
